Service Description
Not sure what to book? No problem. The Discovery Calls are designed to help you determine which service is best for you. They are quick conversations (30 minutes) about your needs and how I partner with you to develop a planning strategy to move you forward. There is a flat fee of $25.00. This fee is not refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. During the DC, we'll discuss the process of building out a plan for you or your team and determine your capacity for the work ahead. We will not discuss any specifics, the project, or related tasks. This is introductory and not meant to dig deep. I don't have enough content about your circumstances, making it nearly impossible for me to assess the best way to support your execution. I look forward to speaking with you.
Cancellation Policy
GENERAL POLICY - The final schedule will be approved once payment is received. - Team Planning Workshops are not eligible for payment plans. Payment is due when booking, and checkout is made via this website. - For plan-eligible services, if you select the Payment Plan option and cancel your sessions, you will not be charged for any future sessions. However, payments already made will not be refunded. - For packages paid in advance, I recommend attending the entire program and doing the work to get the full benefit. Per the terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds.
